User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By accessing GridPilot Academy materials, scheduling sessions, or submitting coursework, you agree to these terms in addition to any separate agreement your employer signs.

If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and contact us so we can close outstanding administrative items.

2. Service description

We provide educational content, cohort facilitation, mentor feedback on anonymised or approved snippets, and downloadable templates related to QA automation with Selenium-class tooling.

Operational advice is informational; you remain responsible for how you apply it inside your organisation.

3. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere.

Consumers retain mandatory rights available under Korean consumer protection statutes where applicable.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, branding, and lab repositories supplied by us remain our intellectual property except where open licences are explicitly stated.

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for learning during your enrolment window unless a wider licence is signed in writing.

5. Termination

We may suspend access for abusive behaviour, credential sharing, or attempts to extract bulk materials programmatically.

You may stop participating at any time; refund handling follows the Cancellation Policy when a paid seat was involved.

6. Liability

Training is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost releases, data issues, or downtime arising from how you implement examples.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or other categories that Korean law does not permit to cap.
