Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility

Seats purchased directly from GridPilot Academy may qualify for refunds as described here. Enterprise statements of work follow their own contracts.

Digital downloads unlocked after a stated milestone may reduce refundable amounts even if the deadline has not passed.

You may cancel within fourteen days of purchase for cohort products that have not yet started and where no confidential download was issued.

After cohort start, partial credits may be offered case-by-case but are not guaranteed.

Email [email protected] with your invoice reference, cohort name, and reason for cancellation.

We reply within five business days with status and any documentation we need.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment path when technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternate traceable method.

Processing times depend on your card issuer after we submit the release.

Custom onsite workshops, bespoke mentor blocks, or third-party fees already paid on your behalf may be non-refundable once committed.

Abuse, credential sharing, or policy violations void refund eligibility.

This policy supplements Korean consumer rules where they provide stronger protections.

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
